Introducing Canada’s Immigration System Initiative
Canada has initiated An Immigration System for Canada’s Future to gather diverse insights from partners and stakeholders. This initiative aims to enhance the immigration system to better support communities nationwide while reviewing existing policies and programs.
March 27, 2023—Ottawa—Canada’s government has commenced a public engagement initiative, An Immigration System for Canada’s Future. It seeks diverse input to shape a vision for a robust immigration system that benefits communities across the nation. This initiative includes a comprehensive policy review.
Public Survey Invitation
As part of this engagement, Sean Fraser, Minister of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship, announced a public survey to collect opinions from those interested in immigration. Open from March 27 to April 27, 2023, the survey offers Canadians the chance to influence the future of immigration in Canada.
