Source: Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n On January 17, 2019, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced a collaboration with Family Dynamics. This initiative aims to enhance services for newcomers in Canada, significantly improving their integration into Canadian society. Through the Service Delivery Improvements funding stream, Family Dynamics has been granted $98,288 to enhance these necessary services.<\/p>\n Robert-Falcon Ouellette, representing Winnipeg Centre, revealed this development on behalf of Ahmed Hussen, the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship.<\/p>\n Family Dynamics will embark on a year-long research project to evaluate Manitoba’s Neighbourhood Immigrant Settlement Workers (NISWs) model. By gathering insights from clients and partner organizations, the study will pinpoint successful strategies and areas needing improvement. The goal is to refine the NISW model, especially for vulnerable youth, and potentially apply these improvements in other areas.<\/p>\n The IRCC has dedicated over $30 million annually to the Service Delivery Improvement Fund.
