These initiatives will provide essential services for newcomers nationwide over the next five years.<\/p>\n One noteworthy project involves the Boys and Girls Club of Moncton, targeting youth aged 13 to 18. It aims to unite newcomers and local youth through activities like mentorship, career development, and leadership. This effort will promote cultural understanding and help youth develop skills needed for success.<\/p>\n Partnerships in this project include government bodies, Atlantic Superstore, and corporate mentors like RBC, Midland, Irving, and Medavie Blue Cross.<\/p>\n The IRCC Settlement Program provides newcomers with information on Canadian life, language training, job assistance, and links to established residents, fostering successful integration.<\/p>\n These initiatives complement other programs like the Service Delivery Improvement Program, Pre-Arrival Services, and programs for visible minority newcomer women.<\/p>\n \u201cCanada leads internationally in settlement and integration.
