This process also applies to individuals with passports that were lost, stolen, or damaged, a significant change from previous restrictions.<\/p>\n Applicants can forgo providing a guarantor or original documents like proof of citizenship. Instead, they need two photos, two references, a completed form, and applicable fees. This adjustment simplifies the process while maintaining high integrity standards.<\/p>\n With the lift of COVID-19 travel restrictions, passport applications are surging back to pre-pandemic levels.
